An invitation into sensing
RewildRestore™
An invitation into the senses
RewildRestore is a body of work exploring water, beauty, ritual, and the ways we come to know through relationship with the living world
There is something untamable about being fully present. Coming alive through the senses. We invite you to fill up, listen, and be free in the peaceful, wise beauty of the ancient and unspoiled. Our experiences are about connecting to the transformative power of water. Ritual. Self. Each other. Nature. The unknown yet to be revealed. We meet here.
Water as teacher
Seas can be like an old friend or a good wine. They have personalities and intelligences, absorbed from the earth and sky and the passage of time. Once you are in tune with them, they work their magic into your cells, and even into your dreams and inspirations.
While all seas can nourish and enchant, the Aegean may be my favorite water on the planet. Water is a carrier of memory and story. She is alive, restorative, memory rich. I invite you into my practice of water as a way of listening, sensing, connecting, being guided, and tapping into unseen dimensions of creativity. I can’t wait to introduce you to her.
My approach is both ancient and progressive, bringing together sensory immersion, movement, ritual, and restorative practices.

Connecting to the ancient
RewildRestore’s homes rest on an unspoiled ancient land, which casts a spell that is languid and lingering. Where time moves differently than in other places, not in a straight line, but through the senses. In addition to luxurious immersion in wild beauty, we look for wise waters and places with a cultural and energetic presence that is both grounding and mystical.
Discovery immersions happen two times per year. Local immersions and trainings near my home on the North Fork happen in all weathers and seasons. Private immersions are magical and joyous.
Gatherings shaped by water, beauty, ritual, and direct encounter
RewildRestore gatherings are for those drawn to water as a practice of listening, sensing, and direct encounter. We are not interested in returning to who we once were, but in meeting ourselves anew. Retreating into the world, not away from it.
Through water, beauty, ritual, and attention, we cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves, each other, and the living world. Over time, a different way of listening begins to emerge.
Our gatherings attract artists, creators, entrepreneurs, leaders, seekers, and women who hold meaningful space for others. Curious people drawn to beauty, adventure, imagination, and lives lived with creativity.
