We invite you to fill up, listen, and be free in the peaceful, wild beauty of a secluded sanctuary nestled between forest and sea. We will meet a new magical water, and bathe amidst the centuries-old trees who stand as her sentinels.
The somatic forest is a sensory immersion in beauty, ancient stirrings, and the transformative power of water. We gather in ritual and elegant, untamed space. In our days together, I will lead you in a transformative morning water practice as a way of getting into our bodies and listening to the sensual intelligences that move through us. We are also very excited to have access to our Forest Sound Temple, crafted by Héctor Esrawe, vibrational sound invites deep rest. A practice of resonance, renewal, and quiet transformation.
Our experiences our rooted in the belief that water and nature holds unseen dimensions of power and creativity. I have been working with the Aegean for nearly ten years, and can’t wait to introduce you to her and her stories. You will come away deeply nourished, with a new way of listening, and a joyful connection with water, ritual, self and each other.

Our home, Ahama, rests luxuriously between forest, sea, and ancient stirrings. Its name, Ahama, in Lycian means beloved, and this is the spirit that runs through it. Ahãma is a quiet invitation to return to what we hold most dear—to what is beloved. Each of our private guest houses, reflects the calm of its surroundings. Natural textures like wood, stone, and linen meet soft, earthy tones drawn from the forest just beyond the door. Our gardens are abundant with wild herbs and flowers.
Daily morning immersion in the transformative power of water, led by Patricia Garcia-Gomez
We will greet the sea together every morning, with a morning water ritual, which includes meditation and other practices that get us into our senses, bodies, and strength. Patricia will unfold her water practice, both ancient and modern, physical and meditative, over our six days together. You will come away with a transformative connection to water and self, with your own water ritual gently and powerfully placed in your body. All levels of comfort with water invited. You do not need to be a swimmer.
The water loves you.
We will greet each day with a morning water ritual and swim. Each day will be different, and additive. I will reveal a new element of my water practice every day, weaving in meditation and other elements to move us into our our senses, bodies, and strength. If you are new to water, or perhaps not as comfortable as you’d like to be, wonderful. If you have salt water in your blood, wonderful. The water loves us all.

Beautiful meals sourced from freshest, wildest local ingredients
Great food makes great friend. We source the most wild, healthy, and delicious locally sourced ingredients from our favorite farmers, artisans, and friends across the islands. Brunch and dinner provided for the entire retreat experience. Dinners take place around a single convivial table. Some evenings will be hosted under the stars at home, some will be out at local tavernas so you can soak up the culture of the island.
Adventures into beauty, place & culture, including bathing in nature experience in wild, sacred forest
We have been coming to this island for 30+ years, and have loved it for just as long. We will take you to secret places not accessible to many, and share the culture of this wondrous place with you. We will adventure by boat to a place, not on this island, connecting to the Aegean in the oldest center of ceremony in the Cyclades. We will also actively explore the beauty of this island with majestic hike(s) and other planned activities.
Spacious time to rest, dream, create
Sleep, swim, create, wander, float, get a massage, make a friend, rest, listen to the sound of the Aegean. There is a generous amount of free time each day for following what calls you, and all planned activities are optional. RewildRestore is about filling up, not about exhausting.

Massages outdoors overlooking the sea (and listening to the birds) can be booked to your heart’s desire. Sixty-minute and ninety-minute sessions available.
Personal extras
There are so many extra things that you can do if you wish (like biking, shopping, taking an extra boat excursion, etc.), and we are happy to guide you. Specialty drinks, alcohol and extra meals/activities/etc. not included.
Travel
Travel to and from Koufonisi, travel insurance, and other personal travel planning and expenses not included.

Reserve your space
A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the beginning of the experience.
We accept payment via Zelle or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Deposits secure your spot on the trip and are not refundable, and non-transferable. Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 90 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellations with more than 90 days, 50% of the amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For last minute cancellations (less than 90 days prior to start date of your retreat) any fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to the non-recoverable payments that we make in advance to various parties to plan these programs, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel bans, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, covid 19, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind.
Travel cancellation insurance Naturally, nobody books a retreat with the intention of canceling it, but unexpected events do happen, some of which are beyond our control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible loss.
Cancelled or postponed programs If we cancel or postpone the program for any reason, we will refund your full payment immediately. RewildRestore is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled or postponed retreat or training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, visas fees and any/all other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
