A place of welcome

Our five-star home rests in the gaze of the Aegean and the sacred island of Keros. Our gardens brim with ancient olive trees and the scent of figs, wild thyme, and sea salt. Eros Keros, named one of the most beloved stays in Greece, welcomes you. Here Patricia and Anita surround you with exquisite repose, handmade meals with the freshest. ingredients culled from favorite friends, farmers, and fisherman on this and near-by islands, with your every need taken care of.

When RewildRestore co-host Anita first visited Koufonisia 30 years ago, there was not much but a huddle of whitewashed cottages. The only way to get there was on the Skopelitis Express, a hardy little ferry boat that still services the Small Cyclades, a constellation of tiny, time-warp islands. Papantoniou (who also created the lovely Corona Borealis hotel on nearby Naxos) spent years perfecting this discreet retreat. Four houses surrounded by stone walls are furnished with family heirlooms, handmade ceramics and vintage textiles. Named after the Greek god of love, Eros Keros is quietly adventurous and wildly beautiful.
