Direct Flights: Multiple daily flights from Istanbul’s main airports:
Istanbul Airport (IST) – operated by Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines. Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) – operated by Pegasus Airlines.

My few days in Istanbul changed how I saw and felt the story of Türkiye. If you have the time, we highly recommend that you spend a few days here before joining us at the somatic forest. You will lured and enchanted into a deeper story of place, culture, and our water.
I have cherry-picked a pre-experience for you, and will connect you to Fatma, my most favorite guide. The pre-experience is flexible to you, and we would include: the most beautiful hammam in Istanbul where you will participate in Türkish bath ritual; ancient cathedrals and mosques; best of cuisine and markets.
Pre-gathering is organized and priced separately from the retreat experience. I will not be there, but Fatma and I have designed something we think you will love.
